Pre-Applications

All applicants are required to first complete a pre-application before a full application. It is only after a pre-application has been completed and reviewed that an applicant will be invited to complete a full application. Applicants are encouraged to attend Due Diligence Committee meetings, but are not allowed to comment, or answer questions about their application at the pre-application stage. Once applications have reached full application stage, applicants will be asked to give a presentation to the Due Diligence Committee.

Due Diligence Meetings and Agendas

Please fill out the pre-application for funding consideration from the Iowa Power Fund. Pre-applications for the Power Fund will be accepted every other month. All pre-applications received by the close of business on the applicable due date will be reviewed during the corresponding Due Diligence Committee meeting.

Complete Pre and Full applications are due on the following dates by 5 pm (Central):

December 1, 2009

February 1, 2010

April 1, 2010

June 1, 2010
