Pre-Applications

All applicants are required to first complete a pre-application before a full application. It is only after a pre-application has been completed and reviewed that an applicant will be asked to complete a full application. Applicants are encouraged to attend Due Diligence Committee meetings, but are not allowed to comment, or answer questions about their application at the pre-application stage. Once applications have reached full application stage, applicants will be asked to give a presentation to the Due Diligence Committee.

Application deadlines are as follows:

• July 1, Due Diligence Committee Review in July or August, 2008

• August 1, Due Diligence Committee Review August or September, 2008

• September 1, Due Diligence Committee Review September or October, 2008

• October 1, Due Diligence Committee Review October or November, 2008

• November 1, Due Diligence Committee Review November or December, 2008

Please fill out the pre-application for funding consideration from the Iowa Power Fund. Pre-applications for the Power Fund will be accepted on a monthly basis. All applications received by the close of business on the 1st of the month will be reviewed within two months by the Due Diligence Committee meeting.
