The Office of Energy Independence is guaranteed funding for the State Energy Program, the Energy Efficiency & Conservation Block Grants Program, and the Energy Efficiency Rebates Program. While these three programs offer incredible potential for Iowa’s energy future, there will be more than $19 billion in competitive funding opportunities as well. As further guidance is received from the federal government, OEI looks forward to working with potential applicants as they seek these opportunities.
