The Office of Energy Independence has grant funding opportunities for the State Energy Program, and the Energy Efficiency & Conservation Block Grants Program.  While these three programs offer incredible potential for Iowa’s energy future, the US Department of Energy (DOE) and other federal agencies have their own competitive funding cycle and funding opportunity announcements.
